Every year, The Homesure Team take on individual and group challenges to raise money for those in need. We'll post our success stories on here, and will add information about how you can get involved.
Saints Sled Dog Rescue are a charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and Rehoming unwanted, neglected and stray Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute breeds.
As a life-long husky lover, Alex has had several huskies throughout the course of his life. When he moved into his own home in 2022 he decided to adopt a wonderful husky who he named Appa. Having rescued him and providing a loving home until Appa was tragically lost due to health complications, Alex decided to adopt another little husky by the name of Azula.
In his free time, Alex volunteers as a coordinator for Saints Sled Dog Rescue, responding to emails, organising events, performing home checks and dog checks for the rescue.

Mind
"Mind is a charity that is very close to my heart."
This sentence is written by Mind President Stephen Fry once a person makes a donation. Homesure's Operations Manager, Alex, is a strong advocate for improving mental health within our organisation and his personal life. Through his own personal struggles, both internally and externally, Alex has a strong appreciation for those who provide resources and support to people who struggle with their mental health.

MNDA
As a passionate, life-long, rugby league fan, the plight of Rob Burrow's struggle with MND has both resonated deeply and had a big impact upon me.
It's hard to see someone the same age as yourself, with a lifetime of success and a promising future outside of the game, struggle with MND. I feel a strong sense of pride in offering my support to raise awareness and provide assistance in the fight against this terrible disease.

Alzheimer's Research UK
Homesure Property & Andrew Louis will be raising money for Alzheimer's Research UK, across a series of activities.
Several members of our team's immediate family are currently suffering with the disease. I'll refrain from providing exact details of the impact to their lives, but suffice to say it is heart breaking.
We are looking to raise funds in an attempt to find a cure for the disease.
I, Mark, have committed to take on the training and run the 2024 London Marathon. I normally do very little over the winter months, so it will be more than a challenge dragging myself out for a long run on a cold, wet night in the middle of January.
I'll appreciate any support that can be provided by friends, clients, colleagues, peers, suppliers & contractors alike.
