How you will deliver the job expectations
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and our clients
- Day-to-day enquires from all parties via email/telephone/online portal ensuring they are responded to quickly and efficiently
- Following a clear work schedule of tasks & processes on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual basis
- Processing invoices payable
- Credit control of invoices receivable
- General filing and administration.

Who are you?
- You have previous experience in Credit Control & Administration, ideally with a Property Management setting
- You are familiar with Xero accounting software
- You are competent in the use of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- You may have industry-specific qualifications/certificates and want to put them to use
- You would rather work for an independent company than a corporate employer and have your opinions heard
- You are genuinely interested in improving administrative processes for optimal output
- You are well-organised, respectful of your teammates, and work well under pressure.
