Lettings Negotiator

  • Location: Liverpool
  • Type: Full-time, permanent role (37.5h Mon-Sat)

How you will deliver the job expectations

  • Reporting to the Head of Residential Lettings and our landlords
  • Responsible for growing the property management portfolio, in addition to assisting the team, when required, for day-to-day lettings and property management issues
  • Although you will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of lettings and property management, this is ultimately a sales role. You will be required to source, call, and liaise with, existing and potential clients to increase the property management portfolio of the company

Who are you?

  • You have previous experience in property management
  • You may have industry-specific qualifications/certificates and want to put them to use
  • You would rather work for an independent company than a corporate employer and have your opinions heard
  • You have a full driving licence and your own transport
  • You are genuinely interested in the property industry and are looking for opportunities
  • You are well-organised, respectful of your teammates, and work well under pressure
