If you are unsure whether your issue is classed as an emergency, please call 0151 722 22 22 (option 3) – including out of hours – and leave a voicemail as instructed.
All emergencies must be reported either via phone to 0151 722 22 22 (option 3) or via email to homebuild@homesureproperty.co.uk as well as any third parties.
Any costs that you incur in dealing with an emergency will be passed to your landlord for their approval for reimbursement. Costs will not be reimbursed without proof of costs incurred. If you contact one of our numbers provided, for an issue that is later deemed not to be an emergency, you will be liable for their charges upon attendance.
