I approached Homesure under some pressure after another agent mismanaged my property. The team were superb, securing a tenant in less than two weeks. Further, this tenant totally suited my needs - long term, not just the first people they came across who could pass referencing. They clearly LISTEN to landlords, unlike many agencies who politely nod then ignore your wishes. I waited for two months to post this review and so have had a chance to work with not only lettings, but also maintenance and accounts at their firm.
