The owners and many of the staff here at Homesure are landlords. We know how impactful licensing is on the finances of landlords, especially at the same time as rising interest rates, minimum energy efficiency (EPC) standards, additional stamp duty, and additional legislation such as electrical certificates (EICR) coming into force in 2021.
Therefore, Homesure has taken the decision to be the only agent in Liverpool to process applications free of charge for all existing and new landlords.
We will not be looking at this situation as a moneymaking scheme from our clients.
Landlords will also get a further £30 discount via Homesure, as we already voluntarily comply with the SafeAgent regulatory body’s standards.
So, our landlords will save money on their licensing costs, and they won’t have to deal with any of the admin. Win-win!

In order to licence your property for you, we need some information that we do not currently hold. If you have a property in the affected areas, we need you to complete this short form with the information we need.
Please note that you will have to pay full price for your landlord licence if you don’t provide us with this information by 31st May 2022 to give us enough time to process your application.
If we manage 5+ properties for you, you will receive a discount of 20% on each one, increasing to 30% if we manage of 10 or more.
