Aintree Village is situated to the North of Liverpool, just a short drive from Liverpool City Centre.
The Aintree postcodes of L9 and L10 are largely residential. Housing types from range from small, highly affordable terraced properties, to larger detached houses. This is a great location for buy-to-let investors; the average house price is £178,000 and there is a lot of demand from working tenants, in this desirable, well-connected town.

Aintree has multiple bus routes and train stations, connecting it to the nearby city of Liverpool.
There are, in fact, 22 different bus routes passing through Aintree, serving a total of 14 bus stops. Plus three train stations, with a fourth just 15 minutes away. So, it is safe to say you will never be stuck for transport options when in Aintree.
The M57, M58 and multiple A roads meet at Switch Island in Aintree. From here, the area is well-connected to the rest of the North West and the country, via the M62 and M6. This make the area easily commutable to a number of destinations.
There are lots of employment opportunities in the area, making Aintree a desirable location for renters and, by association, for investors.
One of the largest local employers is the NHS, by way of Aintree University Hospital. There are 15 schools (including nurseries), over 20 large, high street shops in the retail park alone, and 14 care homes. With all of these opportunities for professionals to live and work in the area – as well as the fantastic transport links – desirable investment properties attract reliable, long-term working tenants.
