1. We manage properties as far afield as Chester and Manchester 🌏

If we already manage some or all of your portfolio, you know why we’re the highest rated property management company in Liverpool. But did you know that we manage properties outside of the city as well?

If you have properties as far north as Southport, east as Manchester, west as Wirral and south as Chester we can provide you with the same comprehensive, five-star property management service for all of them!

So, if your Liverpool properties are managed by Homesure but you’re settling for a Manchester letting agent that just doesn’t cut it, use our Homesure Switch service to transfer management of those properties to us in one easy step, even if you have tenants in-situ.

2. The more properties you bring us, the less we charge 💷

We use a tiered pricing structure for our property management service. If we manage 10 properties for you, you pay less per property than if we manage one. If we manage 20, you pay even less per property.

When your entire portfolio is managed by Homesure, you benefit from being able to access a full overview from our online PropertyFile system, and you pay the lowest rate for the highest rated service. It’s win/win!

3. You can earn money with Homesure’s refer a landlord scheme 🤝

Lots of our landlords recommend Homesure’s services. If you tell another landlord about us, make sure they mention your name when they get in touch – or, even better, complete our referral form to make the introduction.

If they decide to use us, we’ll pay you £100 for every property they move onto our fully managed service. And we’ll continue paying you £100 per property, every year that they continue to use the service!

Many of our landlords stay with us for the lifetime of their investment, and lots of people earn a nice little profit simply because they spread the word.

4. Our free Rate My Deal service ensures you’ll never make a bad investment 📈

If you’ve seen a property for sale with another agent – you’re considering it but you’re not quite sure whether it’s the investment for you – run it past us.

Homesure’s Rate My Deal service is exclusively available to landlords who have properties on our fully managed service, and want to add to their portfolio. If that’s you, send us a link to a property that you’re thinking of buying. We’ll run the figures for you.

Based on our knowledge of the local market, and our experience as time-served investors, we’ll calculate potential yield on your behalf. We’ll take into account any work that needs to be done on the property, and tell you whether we believe it to be a solid investment. We’re not making anything on the sale, so our advice is impartial.
