With Rate My Deal, you can send us a link to a property that you’re thinking of buying. We’ll run the figures for you, based on our knowledge of the local area and calculate potential yield on your behalf.
We’ll take into account any work that needs to be done on the property and tell you whether we believe it to be a good investment or not.
For now, this service is available exclusively for landlords who already have one or more properties managed by Homesure. That may change in the future, so if you don’t currently have properties managed by us you can still ask – just know that at busy times we may have to say ‘no’ if you’re not an existing client (if you are an existing Homesure landlord, we’ll always say ‘yes’).

The property doesn’t have to be advertised through Homesure for us to rate your deal. It can be listed with any estate agent.
Whether it’s for sale through Homesure’s estate agency or not, we’ll give you our honest opinion on the investment prospects. We want to develop long-term relationships with landlords, built on trust. We never advise someone to buy an investment property that we wouldn’t buy ourselves. If we rate your deal, we’ll tell you with confidence what we could let it out for. If it’s in our area, there’s a good chance we’ll already have tenants waiting, so you can avoid the property sitting empty after your purchase completes.
