I like it when a property investment company makes the point of including a lettings agents’ fees into their return on investment yields.
Many investment companies will ignore these ‘optional’ costs & fees to massage the ROI figures and make them look more attractive.
Just like a good quality hedge fund, you will have a hedge fund manager.
Just like a good quality pension, you will have a pensions fund manager.
So surely a good quality property investment should have a good quality property manager?
Lettings legislation, property tax liabilities, and potential investment pitfalls are plentiful and can be catastrophic.
If you’re looking at starting, growing, or maintaining your property investment portfolio, do make sure it is managed by a qualified, reputable, but most of all culpable and accountable letting agency/property manager.
Best wishes,
Nick
